The Richmond Hill U12 Girls Select team, Green Extreme is on a mission this season. Coached by James Bland and Monica Cheung at the OSSTA Select home hosted tournament at Richvale Athletic Park on June 25, they competed against awesome teams from Whitby, Unionville, Barrie, Oshawa and Oakville. Through teamwork, execution of skills, and most of all fun, the Green Extreme team came out on top and captured the GOLD medal!

_Gold medals are not made of gold. They are made of hard work, sweat, determination and a hard to find trait called 220,…110% effort 110% of the time. Congratulations girls, coaches and parents!

A very special thank you to the RHMSA executive member volunteers, dedicated coaches and the best parents on the planet who came out to support these girls. GO RICHMOND HILL!

In their first tournament of the season, the U12 Select girls, the White Diamonds coached by Steve and Tonia Sarkissian proudly represented Richmond Hill in our home tournament at Richvale Athletic Park on Saturday, June 25. Despite being a younger team for this division, the girls played tough. Going into their final round robin game they knew the standings were close. With perseverance and tenacity and snazzy good looks in their white sunglasses, they hammered out a win to advance to the bronze medal game. The White Diamonds placed fourth out of eight teams. Congratulations to the coaches, girls and parents!

A very special thank you to the RHMSA executive member volunteers, coaches and the best parents on the planet who came out to support these girls. *GO RICHMOND HILL! *
